My husband and me stood one night at this beautiful and charming hotel. We got a warm welcome and a really good advice where to eat. The surrounding is wonderful and the wine also…We will come back again!

It was defenitely the highlight of our trip to Burgandy. The hotel is in the middle of Musigny. Yes, Musigny... I repeat "Musigny" Too much? When you have got there and have their wines, you will know how I feel! I really want to thank Madame Doris Schwarz, Madame Sophie Delcourt, Madame Christine, Monseuir Olivier Sillon, for their great hospitality. Walking in their vineyard is unforgettable... Wanna stay again? Defenitely!

The hotel's location is perfect,in the heart of the wine country. The room was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Mrs. Doris Schwartz, the manager, was very gracious and friendly.
The breakfast was disappointing. No restaurant at the hotel, but Le Chambolle is a short walk down the street and is very nice

Located in a quiet village and very relaxing. Cannot stress enough how helpful and engaging the staff are. Definitely recommend this hotel for your Burgundy stay.
A two night stay which was problem free. Nothing negative to say

This chateau is beautiful! We were welcome warmly and with a big smile by the attentive staff Olivier. When we arrived late, around 4:45pm, there was no staff to provide wine tasting, so Olivier took care of arranging a complimentary wine tasting in a Cave a few steps away. He also took care of booking a restaurant for us for dinner, which had great food. Olivier was super! We were upgraded to the suite, which was fabulous! Very large room, with separate sitting area, spacious marble bathroom with all amenities of a 5* hotel. The room was a little warm because the sun shines on the large windows in the afternoon, but we opened the windows and the evening cool air took take of cooling the room. The bed was very comfortable. They did have the turndown service and they set up the sofabed for our 4 yr old daughter. The internet in the room worked well and they had English news channels. Unfortunately, we had to leave early next morning as we wanted to visit the hospice in Beaune and had a long drive ahead of us going back home. When we checked out, we were billed for breakfast even though we had not taken breakfast and for an extra bed for my daughter. Olivier had shown us the breakfast room, but we did not say we would take breakfast and we didn't know that we had to make a decision the day before. Therefore, make sure that this is clarified the day before. However, they took this out of our bill and this was rightly settled :) Also, we were charded for an extra bed, which i didnt understand as she slept in the sofa bed. Since the lady checking us out normally didn't work at the front desk, she charged our card, but said that the front desk staff would fix it if there was a mistake. I was quite certain that they would not even look at this. However, to my surprise, 2 days later Olivier called me and apologized for the mistake as they don't charge for a 4 yo in the room, so he credited back the amount into my credit card!
Charged for breakfast that we didn't take, but it was taken out of our bill and rightly settled.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. When one room didn't have it's heat working properly, they moved us to a bigger room. Nice! Updated bathroom was lovely.
Noise from back hallways with staff.
